Many of us feel that the current 30A/395 configuration is unsafe with the high potential of an accident or even a fatality. Some believe the permanent configuration will improve the situation because of new turn lanes and traffic signals. Others think these changes will cause even more chaos, which will increase the risk of injury or death.

We all have suggestions for solutions and here’s an opportunity for you to make your voices heard. Join us for a public forum on……. at the Walton County Coastal Branch Library @ 7:00pm. Bring your family, neighbors, friends, work colleagues, etc. We will have a short presentation on the history of this problem followed by a presentation from a traffic safety engineer, Ryan Wetherell of Kimley-Horn, who will be available to answer your questions.

The primary focus will be to get your input. We want examples of incidents, pictures, and videos. SWCC is working diligently to come to a safe resolution to this heated issue, but we can’t do it without you.

Please make a donation today for this study being completed by Kimley-Horn for SWCC.
